DELIVERY POLICY

At RADOPIFY, we are committed to delivering all our training sessions in a transparent, timely, and professional manner. By enrolling in any of our training programs (Meta Ads, Shopify, WooCommerce, WhatsApp API, or WordPress Landing Pages), you agree to the following delivery terms:

1. Mode of Delivery

  • All training sessions will be conducted live online through Microsoft Teams (or an equivalent video conferencing platform).

  • Learners will receive session links and access details via email/WhatsApp after successful enrollment and payment confirmation.

2. Schedule & Duration

  • Training sessions are scheduled as per the agreed timeline between the trainer and learner (for individual 1-on-1 sessions).

  • Each program includes a fixed number of sessions/hours (clearly mentioned in the course outline before enrollment).

  • RADOPIFY reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unavoidable circumstances, with prior notice given to learners.

3. Access to Recordings & Materials

  • Learners will receive session recordings (if applicable) for playback and revision.

  • Training materials, resources, and guides provided are strictly for personal learning use only and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.

4. Completion & Support

  • A training program is considered delivered once all agreed sessions are completed.

  • Post-training support (if included in the program) will be delivered through WhatsApp (limited), or additional short Q&A sessions*, as specified.

5. Limitations

  • RADOPIFY is not responsible for delays caused by internet issues, technical problems, or non-availability from the learner’s side.

  • Learners must ensure they have stable internet, a working device, and necessary software/tools before the training.

6. Non-Transferability

  • Training access, sessions, and materials are non-transferable. Enrollment is valid only for the individual who registered.
