CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At RADOPIFY, we provide specialized 1-on-1 and group training programs on Meta Ads, Shopify, WooCommerce, WhatsApp API, and WordPress Landing Pages. Each program requires dedicated preparation, personalized scheduling, and trainer time allocation. Therefore, we maintain a strict No Refund & No Cancellation Policy as outlined below:
1. No Refunds
All payments made for any RADOPIFY training program are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the participant attends, partially attends, or fails to attend the sessions.
This policy applies to all circumstances, including change of mind, change of business priorities, or technical issues from the participant’s side.
2. No Cancellations
Once enrolled and payment is completed, cancellations will not be accepted.
Participants are expected to attend the scheduled sessions as per the agreed timeline.
3. Rescheduling (At Trainer’s Discretion)
In case of unavoidable situations, learners may request a reschedule of a session at least 24 hours in advance (applicable only for individual 1-on-1 sessions).
Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered delivered and completed.
4. Program Changes & Termination
RADOPIFY reserves the right to reschedule or modify sessions in case of emergencies or technical issues from the trainer’s side. In such cases, alternate arrangements will be provided.
Any violation of our terms, code of conduct, or misuse of training materials may lead to immediate termination of the participant’s access without refund.
We reserve the right to change our prices and policies at any time without prior notification.
